Too many beginners focus on the wrong things... I've noticed that a lot of newbies in my gym try to stick to machine exercises. It seems that they're afraid to use barbells or dumbbells. I think that they're embarassed, because they won't be able to lift as heavy as other people in the gym...

First off, I'd like to introduce you to both of them. "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" is a pretty amazing product, it's cheap, it works, it gives you tips and sets a guide line for you for when you actually take on this program, and it's really cheap! (only $39.95. No it's not a sale, that's the actual price) My rating that I'd give this product? 4 out of 5 stars
"Burn the Fat" is also a pretty amazing product, I mean it works, it has articles to help motivate you and such, and I personally like it, but I feel that it doesn't do quite as good as "The Truth About Six Pack Abs". I mean, "Burn The Fat" does its job fine, which is cool and all but it's just not as good as "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" in my opinion. It's still not a bad product though. My rating that I'd give this product? 3.5 out of 5 stars
